WHY HOSTS BOOK ME

What good event photography looks like

When you compare event photographers in Dubai, look past the speeches, the group photo and the logo wall to the laughter in between: the best event photos are the ones nobody posed for. Here's how I work a room.

I blend in

I move quietly, never block the stage or your guests' view, and catch the reactions between the speeches, not only the speeches themselves.

A woman behind the camera

Ladies-only evenings, women's celebrations and family functions are easier when the photographer is a woman. I come alone, with no male assistant.

I plan around your run-sheet

Send me the schedule and the must-have people, and I'm in the right spot before every speech, award, reveal or cake cutting.

Dubai venues, 15+ years

Hotel ballrooms, offices, restaurants, villas, play venues and yachts all light differently, and I plan for yours before the doors open. I shoot anywhere in Dubai and happily travel across the UAE.

THREE KINDS OF EVENTS

Corporate events, private parties and kids' birthday parties

Most events I photograph fall into one of these three. Each needs a slightly different eye, and the same quiet way of working.

Conference guests laughing at their table during a talk
Guests dancing at a private party at night
Children and parents around a birthday cake at a kids' party

Corporate events

Private parties & milestone birthdays

Kids' birthday parties

Corporate event photography in Dubai for conferences, seminars, product launches, gala dinners, award nights, networking evenings and office parties: the speakers, the guests, the brand and the venue.

A party photographer in Dubai for anniversaries, engagement parties, graduations and milestone birthdays like a 40th or a 50th: candid, warm and never stiff.

A kids' birthday party photographer at home, at a play venue, in a garden or on a yacht: the décor before guests arrive, the games, the cake and the family photo.

Tell me the kind of event, and I'll send you a quote.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Questions event hosts ask before booking

What event organisers, HR teams and parents ask me most. Tap “Read more” to open an answer. Don't see yours? Ask me directly on WhatsApp

Are you a corporate event photographer in Dubai?

Yes. I photograph business events and corporate parties across Dubai: conferences, seminars, product launches, gala dinners, award nights, networking evenings, exhibitions and office parties. Send me the run-sheet and your must-have shots (speakers, sponsors, the award handover, the group photo) and I'll plan my coverage around it.

Can you photograph a kid's birthday party in Dubai?

Yes. I'm a kids' birthday party photographer too, at home, at a play venue, in a garden or on a yacht; I've photographed a 1st birthday party on a yacht in Dubai. I capture the décor before guests arrive, the games and the entertainer, the cake and the family photos you'll actually print.

Are you good with children at birthday parties?

Yes. Kids don't take direction at a party, and I don't expect them to. I work at their height, stay patient, and catch the real laughter, the games and the moment the candles go out.

Do you photograph milestone birthdays, like a 40th or a 50th?

Yes. I cover the party, the toasts and the dance floor, and if you like, a few relaxed portraits before the guests arrive, while everyone still looks fresh.

Can I book a birthday photoshoot in Dubai, not just party coverage?

Yes. A birthday photoshoot is a short portrait session for the birthday child or for a grown-up milestone: on the beach, in Old Dubai or in the desert, ideally at golden hour. It works well a day or two before the party.

Do you photograph private parties and small events?

Yes: anniversaries, engagement parties, graduations, dinner parties and family celebrations, at home, in a restaurant, at a hotel or on a yacht. Small events are welcome too, like a dinner for twelve.

Can you photograph a ladies-only event?

Yes. I'm a female photographer, so henna nights, bridal showers, baby showers, women's birthday dinners and ladies-only corporate or community events are comfortable for every guest. I come alone, with no male assistant, and photos stay private unless you agree in writing.

How much does an event photographer cost in Dubai?

It depends on how long the event runs, how many moments and people to cover, the venue, and how quickly you need the photos. Send me the date and the run-sheet on WhatsApp and I'll reply with a clear quote, usually within a few hours.

How quickly will we get the event photos?

The full gallery arrives as a private download link in around 1–2 weeks, depending on edit volume. If you have a press release, a LinkedIn post or a newsletter deadline, tell me when we book and I'll tell you honestly what's possible.

How far in advance should I book an event photographer in Dubai?

As soon as you have a date, especially for evenings and weekends between October and April, when Dubai's event calendar is busiest. A few weeks ahead is comfortable, and shorter notice sometimes works, so ask anyway.

Can you photograph speeches and award handovers without getting in the way?

Yes. I work from the sides and the back, plan my position around the run-sheet and move between moments quietly, so I never block the stage or your guests' view.

Do you take group and team photos at events?

Yes. I suggest the big group or team photo early, before people start leaving, and I set it up quickly so it doesn't eat into the event.

Do you cover office parties and team-building days?

Yes: annual office parties, Diwali, Eid and year-end celebrations at work, desert team-building days and family days for staff. Candid photos of colleagues enjoying themselves are the ones your internal news and social posts actually use.

Can you shoot in low light, like a ballroom or an evening terrace?

Yes. Ballrooms, restaurants and evening terraces are often dim, so I check the venue's light beforehand and use flash gently when it helps, so the photos look natural and nobody is dazzled.

Will you respect our guests' privacy?

Yes. Tell me who would rather not be photographed and I'll work around them. Your gallery goes to a private link only you have, and nothing identifiable is posted publicly without your written consent.

Are you an event photographer near me? Do you cover Abu Dhabi?

Wherever your event is in Dubai, I come to you: hotels, offices, restaurants, villas, play venues and yachts. I shoot anywhere in Dubai and happily travel across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah; for events outside Dubai, the travel time is part of the quote.

What do you need from us before the event?

The run-sheet, one contact person on the day, venue details like parking, passes or photography rules, and a short list of the must-have people and moments.

Do you do birthday party photoshoots in Dubai?

Yes. A birthday party photoshoot with me mixes both: a few posed photos of the birthday child, the cake and the family early on, while everyone still looks fresh, then candid photos of the games, the friends and the candles. Tell me the photos you'd love to print and I'll make sure we get them.

Do you photograph every event yourself?

Yes. I'm a freelance event photographer in Dubai with 15+ years of experience, and I photograph every booking myself, from conferences and corporate parties to kids' birthday parties. The person you message on WhatsApp is the person at your event.

LADIES-ONLY EVENTS

Ladies-only events, with a woman behind the camera

Henna nights, bridal showers, baby showers, women's birthday dinners and ladies-only corporate or community events are easier for everyone when the photographer is a woman. I come alone, with no male assistant or second shooter, and nothing identifiable is shared without your written consent.

Tell me who'd rather not be photographed and which moments matter most, and I'll work around both. As a female photographer in Dubai I cover ladies-only events of every size, from a henna night at home to a women's networking evening. My female photographer page has the details.
